Welcome to the halfway-to-100 episode of The Big Enchilada. It's called "Sonic Snake Oil," and like the best of patent medicines from eras gone by, it'll cure what ails you. Users of this miracle podcast have reported that it's calmed their nerves, soothed their nightmares strengthened their bones, boosted their vitality and cured their lumbago, tizzic, measles and criminal insanity.
